Attorney Participation Agreement
Effective September 4, 2026
This agreement governs attorney and law-firm participation in Lawyer Match Pro, including marketplace access and exclusive lead purchases.
Eligibility and verification
The participating firm represents that every attorney using the service is authorized to practice where the attorney accepts matters, remains in good standing, and will promptly report any suspension, restriction, discipline, insurance change, or other fact material to eligibility. Lawyer Match Pro may verify submitted credentials and suspend access while verification is pending.
Independent professional judgment
The firm and its attorneys are independent professionals. Lawyer Match Pro does not direct legal judgment, representation, fees, staffing, or case strategy. The firm is solely responsible for conflicts checks, client acceptance, engagement letters, trust accounting, confidentiality, supervision, competence, advertising compliance, and all professional obligations.
Lead information and permitted use
Marketplace previews are limited and anonymized. Full prospective-client information is provided only after a completed purchase and active access grant. The firm may use lead information solely to evaluate and pursue representation of that prospective client. It may not resell, publish, scrape, enrich for unrelated marketing, or disclose lead information except as reasonably necessary for conflicts review and representation.
Exclusive lead model
A purchased lead is sold exclusively to one firm through Lawyer Match Pro. Exclusivity means Lawyer Match Pro will not sell that same lead to another firm; it does not mean the prospective client has retained the firm, will respond, has not contacted others independently, or has a meritorious claim.
Pricing, payment, and reservations
Each listing displays its purchase price before checkout. A reservation temporarily removes a lead from availability for up to 24 hours but does not grant access. Access is granted only after verified payment. The purchasing firm authorizes the charge shown at checkout and is responsible for taxes or fees that lawfully apply.
Refunds and disputes
Unless Lawyer Match Pro expressly approves a refund or applicable law requires one, purchases are final because access to exclusive information is delivered immediately after payment. If a refund is approved, access is revoked, the audit history is preserved, and the lead is not automatically relisted. Payment disputes must be reported promptly with the purchase reference.
Contact standards
The firm will contact prospective clients professionally, honor contact preferences, avoid harassment or misleading claims, and comply with applicable solicitation, telemarketing, privacy, and attorney-advertising rules. A lead purchase never authorizes conduct prohibited by professional rules or law.
Security and incidents
The firm must restrict lead access to authorized personnel, use reasonable security controls, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure. The firm is responsible for its users and must notify Lawyer Match Pro when access should be removed.
No outcome guarantee
Lawyer Match Pro does not guarantee client retention, responsiveness, case value, collectability, outcome, or return on investment. Intake and vetting improve information quality but are not legal, factual, medical, financial, or damages determinations.
Suspension and termination
Lawyer Match Pro may suspend or terminate participation for failed verification, nonpayment, misuse of information, security risk, complaints, professional-discipline concerns, or violation of these terms. Obligations concerning confidentiality, payment, audit records, and proper handling of lead information survive termination.
Acknowledgment
By applying, activating a firm, accessing the marketplace, reserving a lead, or completing a purchase, the firm agrees to this agreement, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. The individual accepting represents that they are authorized to bind the firm.
Professional review: Each participating firm is responsible for determining that its use of the service complies with the professional-conduct and advertising rules applicable to it.
