Privacy Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

This policy explains how Lawyer Match Pro collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, legal-intake service, attorney network, and related communications.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including contact details, location, legal-matter descriptions, intake answers, attorney or firm credentials, preferences, account information, and communications. We also receive limited technical information such as device, browser, IP-derived security signals, page activity, and error diagnostics. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; Lawyer Match Pro does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to operate secure intake, evaluate and route requests, verify attorney and firm information, create and administer accounts, process lead reservations and purchases, provide transactional messages, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain audit records, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

How we share information

With your express intake consent, we may share relevant submitted information with participating attorneys or firms so they can evaluate and respond to your request. We also use service providers that support hosting, authentication, database operations, payments, email, analytics, and security. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Attorney review and confidentiality

Submitting information to Lawyer Match Pro does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not by itself make the information attorney-client privileged. Participating attorneys must perform their own conflicts review and decide independently whether to accept a matter. Avoid submitting information you do not have authority to disclose.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential technologies for authentication, security, and service operation. We use privacy-conscious Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance. We do not send the contents of intake or authentication fields to analytics.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operational, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may decline to submit an intake or withdraw consent for future contact by contacting us. Depending on applicable law and subject to legal exceptions, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s information unless you are authorized to do so in connection with a legal matter.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date. Privacy questions or requests may be sent through our Contact page or by calling 888 520-3445.
