These terms govern access to and use of Lawyer Match Pro. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Our role
Lawyer Match Pro operates a legal-intake and attorney-matching platform. We are not a law firm, do not practice law, and do not provide legal advice. Information on this website is general information, not a recommendation about a particular legal strategy or attorney.
No attorney-client relationship
Using the website, completing an intake, communicating with our intake team, or receiving a match does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship may begin only if you and an independent attorney expressly agree to one. Attorneys decide independently whether to accept a matter.
Emergencies and deadlines
Do not use this service for emergencies, immediate danger, or matters with an urgent filing, hearing, appeal, or limitation deadline. Call 911 for an emergency. You remain responsible for protecting your rights and meeting every deadline unless an attorney has expressly agreed in writing to represent you.
Your submissions
You agree to provide accurate, current information and not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or that you do not have authority to share. Do not assume a submission is privileged or confidential until an attorney confirms representation. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Consent to contact and share
When you select the intake consent boxes, you authorize Lawyer Match Pro and its service providers to contact you about your request and authorize us to share relevant submitted information with participating attorneys for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your request. Consent is not a guarantee of a match or representation.
Participating attorneys
Participating attorneys and law firms are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Lawyer Match Pro. They are responsible for their own licensing, conflicts checks, legal advice, fees, engagement terms, professional conduct, and results. We do not guarantee availability, acceptance, outcomes, or the quality of any legal service.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and activity under your account. You may not access another person’s account, scrape or resell platform information, interfere with security, test vulnerabilities without permission, or use the service for an unlawful purpose. We may restrict access to protect users, attorneys, or the platform.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct errors. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lawyer Match Pro disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
Changes and contact
